Zach Lewis is a recent graduate of the University of Missouri with a degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology along with a minor in Psychology. While pursuing his degree, he worked as a trainer at the Mizzou Student Recreation Complex and volunteered with the strength and conditioning program at Lathrop High School.
Zach has a passion for teaching others. He enjoys working with clients on new movements and helping them to understand how and why each movement is effective. Zach loves watching clients reach their goals, and he hopes to instill a sense of pride and accomplishment in all his clients.
