Zach Lewis is a recent graduate of the University of Missouri with a degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology along with a minor in Psychology. While pursuing his degree he worked as a trainer at the Mizzou Student Recreation Complex and volunteered with the strength and conditioning program at Lathrop High School.
Zach has a passion for teaching others. He loves not only teaching clients new movements, but also to provide them with the comprehension of why the movements are effective. He believes in the importance of understanding the how and why of exercises. Zach’s favorite training moments are when clients feel a sense of accomplishment from reaching a new goal. He hopes to instill everyone he works with with a sense of pride and confidence in their abilities.
