yan Williams started personal training in 2005, and he recently completed the physical therapist assistant program through the State Technical College of Missouri. He is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is also certified in kettlebell training through RKC.
As a former MMA fighter and trainer in martial arts and kickboxing, Ryan specializes in helping clients with strength training after an injury, as well as building muscle mass in general. Ryan loves to see clients achieve things they never thought would be possible on their own, and he’s proud of the supportive, impactful role he has in his clients’ lives.
