Joshua Gaskins is a recent graduate of the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Health Sciences. While completing his degree, he competed in Olympic lifting at the National level and was the assistant wrestling coach at Rockbridge High School.
Joshua completed training internships both in Phoenix, Arizona and at the Columbia, Missouri ARC. He has experience training older adults seeking to rehabilitate lifetime injuries. Joshua believes that the benefits of exercise go far beyond the body. Joshua loves being part of the confidence that clients gain after they begin their fitness journey. Because training has allowed him to improve his own life, he wants the opportunity to help others improve their overall wellbeing.
In his free time, Joshua is a COR volunteer, an organization that seeks to provide educational and athletic support to financially disadvantaged youth.
