Josh is a graduate of Hickman High School and a former competitive athlete. He graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise and Movement Sciences. Josh found his passion for fitness while interning with the intercollegiate strength and conditioning staff at both Missouri State and Mizzou.
He spent three years as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at the University of West Florida in Pensacola; and earned his Master’s degree in Health, Exercise Science & Physical Education. In addition to working with college athletes at UWF, he also coached a boot-camp style fitness class for general population clients.
He spent a year at the University of Washington in Seattle working as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for Olympic Sports. Josh specializes in competitive athletics and is passionate about working with the weekend warrior or recreational adult athlete.
