Morgan is a graduate of Columbia College with a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting and Finance.  A competitive athlete throughout high school, Morgan found a renewed passion for health and fitness once faced with making her own workouts and plans without a coach to guide her. Morgan has a particular interest in nutrition and why bodies respond to food the way they do.

Morgan's love for helping people inspired her to pursue a career in personal training. She loves the idea that time in the gym can translate to other areas of life, such as our overall health, increased confidence, more energy and greater overall happiness.

Morgan enjoys building relationships with her clients and helping them achieve their goals.
