Morgan is a graduate of Columbia College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and Finance. A competitive athlete throughout high school, Morgan found a renewed passion for health and fitness once faced with making her own workouts and plans without a coach to guide her. She’s interested in nutrition and how and why everybody responds to food the way they do.

One of the main reasons Morgan chose to pursue personal training is her passion for helping people. She loves the idea that spending time in the gym can translate so well into other areas of life, such as our overall health, increased confidence, more energy and greater overall happiness. 

Morgan loves building relationships with her clients and helping them achieve their goals, whether they’re lifestyle and fitness related or not.
