With New Year’s resolutions in place, eating out can be a challenge.  Check out this list of some of the healthiest menu options in Columbia.


Eggplant Sandwich or Tuna Pesto Sandwich- These healthy picks can be eaten without bread or on pumpernickel, 7 grain and whole wheat. Substitute their cheese options for feta and  add a side of broccoli or black bean corn salsa for an extra healthy kick.


Jina Yoos

Grilled salmon salad- Served with 8 oz of Norwegian salmon, organic spring mix, julienned zucchini, carrots, onion, green bell peppers, red bell peppers and feta cheese, this salad is very flavorful.
Bibimbab- A complete and nutritious meal served with stir fried broccoli, julienned zucchini, carrot, onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper and bamboo shoots and a choice of Korean bbq, grilled chicken, shrimp salmon or tofu on top of rice. Add a sunny side up egg for extra protein!

Nourish Cafe


Broadway Bowl, Pesto Bowl, Burrito Bowl, and Curry Bowl- Switch out the quinoa for cauliflower rice. Hold off on the quinoa balls and hummus and add cashew cream, greens, and organic chicken for the Broadway bowl. On the Burrito bowl substitute veggies or organic chicken for the beans.

Flat Branch

Paleo Platter- Especially great for those with dietary restrictions, this option contains no dairy, gluten or sugar. It includes your choice of protein (ground beef, chicken, grilled salmon or smoked pork) and a side of oil free sauteed vegetables.



Ahi Flatbread- Raw Ahi tuna with red peppers, ginger, cilantro, carrot, sesame seeds, and scallions over lemon cream cheese on fresh grilled flatbread. Finished with a wasabi, and honey soy reduction. Get the maximum health benefits by swapping the flatbread for vegetables and ordering it without cream cheese.
Ahi Tuna Tapa -Raw ahi tuna served on wonton crisps topped with wasabi vegetable slaw.  Finished with a sweet soy reduction and sriracha aioli.

Spring Chicken- This balsamic marinated chicken breast is grilled and topped with red onion, tomatoes and feta cheese. Choose steamed broccoli and fresh fruit for sides.
Grilled Atlantic Salmon- Just hold the rice and pick steamed broccoli and fresh fruit for sides.



CC's City Broiler


Mahi Mahi Martini- This delicious seafood option is made with tomatoes, fresh basil, shitake mushroom and marsala wine.  Get it with a side of steamed asparagus or garlic sauteed spinach and mushroom.


There is no sugar added to any of the menu items. Order one of their burgers without the bun to cut the carbs and gluten.
