Weekend Work Shop With Conrad La Porte

Join us for a workshop weekend with Conrad La Porte!
Conrad specializes in bodyweight training. For the past 6 years, he has worked with individuals interested in sustainable exercise and skill acquisition. 

Classes

*Beginning Handstands- Introduction to the principles of hand balancing. All levels welcome
- Friday 6pm-8pm

*Range of motion and Stability- Focus on range of motion for major joint areas of hips, shoulders and spine
-Saturday 10:30am-12:30pm

*Intermediate Handstands-Progression into more complex movements with a focus on strength and control allowing for more advanced hand balancing techniques
- Saturday 2:30-4:30

*Stall Bar- increase hip, shoulder and spine mobility and strength
- Sunday 9am-11am
